I reached out to Mountain Event Services to inquire about using their services for my upcoming wedding, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the start. From the first reply, I felt more like a dollar sign than a client. I outlined exactly what we were looking for and requested to learn more about their pricing by email, but was told I needed to schedule a call before any information would be shared. When I agreed to a call, it became clear the staff member had not reviewed the details I had already provided. Instead of discussing how they could support the event I envisioned, the focus felt heavily on upselling services. Explicitly telling us that our guests are too clueless to know what to do without a DJ holding their hand through the whole event. After the call, I sent an email letting them know we were going in a different direction due to my poor experience. That message seemed to go ignored or unread as I continued to receive repeated follow-ups asking me to secure a date or sign a contract for an event I had already declined. Matt and his team are the best! We had an amazing photo booth experience with them at our recent event! Renee ran the photobooth all night and had great energy the whole time. They made it a point to go around and photograph each of our vendors which was incredibly thoughtful. Very happy with the communication leading up to and following up on the event!
